These rice paper fruit rolls are so much fun to make! All the ingredients are raw which means all the nutrients are left intact for us to eat! Kids would like to help out in making these too!

I’ve had this for breakfast, as a snack and as a dessert (especially when I dip it in this butterscotch). So it’s quite flexible you can change the fruit, nut & seed ingredients to your preferred choice.

You can also store these for up to a day in the fridge.

If you will be using ingredients that will brown easily like apples (like I have used) or pears, I would suggest to first soak them in water + acid. You could add a tablespoon of lemon, lime or orange juice to your water to stop the fruit from changing color. When you’re ready to use it, then strain the fruit and tap it dry.
