Smoothies have become a big part of my weekly routine. It’s a super easy & lazy way to get all the energy & nutrients I need to kick start my day! It literally takes under 5 minutes to make!

Ever wondered what “mylk” means?  It’s actually the way milk used to be spelled back in the medieval times! Funny right? Well… it actually means non-dairy milk. So it’s any substitute for milk including nut-based, rice-based, soy, coconut, hemp milks or MYLKS!

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & blend for 30 seconds.
    Almond Mylk
  2. If needed, adjust consistency with water.
  3. Serve cold!
