Pineapple mango lassi is the perfect drink for any gathering. You can prepare it a day in advance & layer it up with some fruit jam once you are ready to serve.
Keep the lassi refrigerated in the coldest part of your fridge and make sure the jug or container is covered.
This recipe is so refreshing as it embraces the tropical flavors which is suitable for the current weather, as we are constantly feeling hot, hot, hot! It’s also very quick to make, you could be done with it in under 20 minutes!!!
Pineapple Mango Lassi Recipe
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp al alali Vanilla Powder
- 2 cans al alali Choice Pineapple Slices, chopped
- 1 1/2 cup ripe mangoes, chopped
- 5 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 tbsps al alali Mutliflora Honey
- 1 cup al alali Light Mixed Fruit Jam
- 4 slices al alali Pineapple
- al alali Multiflora Honey, drizzle
- 1/4 cup berries
- 1/4 cup pistachio
- mint leaves, handful
In a pan, roast ground cinnamon and cumin on medium heat for 5 minutes
Add remaining ingredients in a blender with cinnamon mixture except al alali Light Mixed Fruit Jam. Blend
Pour lassi in glasses, filing only ½, then add 2 tbsp of al alali Light Mixed Fruit Jam in each glass, and continue filling with lassi.
Top with garnish ingredients. Serve cold and enjoy.
