Peanut Butter & Banana Wedges With Fruits
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 heap cup oats
- 1/4 cup dates, diced
- 1/4 cup dried figs, diced
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Firstly, mix all the ingredients except for the vegetable oil with a cake beater for 2-3 minutes. Brush a baking tray with vegetable oil and spread the mixture evenly.
Then bake for 25 minutes.
Once that is done, remove it from the oven & let it cool in the baking tray for 10 minutes before flipping it over.
Lastly, garnish with your choice of fruits, herbs & seeds. You can go as wild as you want with this one as most fruit flavors would pair perfectly. I had used mangoes, kiwi, strawberries, pomegranates, mint leaves & sesame seeds.
