We all need to treat ourselves to something special! Make this herbed butter in 10 minutes & store for future use! Goes perfectly with steak, fish & veggies!
- 250g butter, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs, chopped
- pinch of salt
Melt 25g of butter in a pan add the chopped herbs & toss for a minute. Add all ingredients into a blender. Roll it up in cling film & freeze. Cut as much as needed for each use. This will last you a while!
