It’s that time of the week again! Sharing how to flavor your oil, request by the lovely @janecajo
- 1 bunch scallions
- ½ cup olive oil
- pinch of salt
Pop the green part of the scallions in the blender with the remaining ingredients & blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. Place in a pan & simmer for 5 minutes to extract the flavor. Strain the mixture & bring to room temperature.
Store in a sealed bottle & refrigerate for approx. 1 month.
You really could do any flavor that your heart desires. If you would like to do a chili oil then skip the 1st step.
