Chia pudding with berry jam – there’s nothing like starting your day fresh and with the right ingredients. This means having a good night’s sleep, a long great stretch to wake your body and the right breakfast to kick start your day. To me, this is how a perfect day starts.
Best part of having this in a mason jar is that it can be prepared in advance and I can have it on the go! and it’s fills me up real good. So if I’m running late in a meeting and can’t have lunch during my usual hours – no problem – this baby will keep me going!

Chia Pudding With Berry Jam & Assorted Fruits Recipe
- 120 g greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp berry jam
- 1/4 cup fruits
Mix greek yogurt with chia seeds & refrigerate overnight. This will become your chia pudding.
In a mason jar, place jam at the bottom and layer with chia pudding.
Using a spoon or knife, insert it into the jar and move it in up & down motion while turning the jar. This will create a fun & artistic look.
Top off with your favorite berries or fruits and sesame seeds.
