Blueberry smoothie breakfast bowl is perfect for a beautiful morning like today. I’m craving a filling breakfast that will give me the energy I need to get my day started. The variety of ingredients in this bowl gives my body a wide variety of nutrients.
This raw smoothie bowl is super refreshing & is packed with antioxidants & superfoods. I like the different flavors and textures running through this dish. You can pick and choose the fruits & seeds you would like to use. You can even replace the yogurt with your favorite yogurt flavor.
I’ve been making this smoothie so often lately that it doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes to prepare!
Blueberry Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
- 250 g blueberry yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp al alali Orange Blossom Honey
- 1/2 tbsp rosewater
- 2 tbsp al alali White Oats, roasted
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup diced fruits
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth. (Note: If the mixture is too thick add 1 tbsp of water at a time to attain desired consistency. If too thin, add 1 tbsp of fruit each time)
Then pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with a selection of diced fruits, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds & al alali oats.
Serve cold and enjoy!
